I can't send email anymore, but I could the other day, what's happened?

Our email system uses an IP address block list. This system checks the IP address of every computer that connects to it against a list IP addresses known to send spam. Occasionally your ISP will change your assigned IP address, and you will inherit one previously used by a spammer, or one which had a spam sending trojan on it. It's also possible that your machine is infected with a spam sending virus.

If you suddenly find you can't send email anymore, first check your IP address, then check if your IP address is listed in the block list we use. hint: use the 'Lookup IP Address' box.

If your IP address is listed you can remove it, but be warned, if you have a virus on your computer it's highly likely you will be re-listed, so why not check your PC for viruses too. It's done online and it's free.
